Can anyone please tell me if the standard radiator fitted to the Isuzu 110 is interchangeable with that fitted to the V8s of the same era ?

Many on here have used a V8 radiator in their Isuzu, but the inlet and outlet hose connections need swapping. There is discussion on it in a few different threads if you search.

I have looked into this myself, expecting a new radiator to be needed sometime in the future and another thing that I just remembered is the core material type. IIRC there is copper and aluminium. Copper seems like the way to go.

yes - thanks - I did search (using the usual methods) but I really wasn't making much progress - hence my question

The difference between Isuzu radiator an v8 is the bottom outlet. The v8 points towards the passenger side, while the Isuzu points up. All I did was turn the bottom outlet 90deg.
