But after today I think I can honestly say the bar has indeed been raised yet again!!!!! soooo nice to drive. Tdv6 feels very slightly underpowered for its size. but it is beautiful to drive tho. compared to the defender its like driving on pillows! lol

Beautiful interior, no doubt equally beautiful to drive. Pity it is so ****ing ugly on the outside!!!!!
Yuck, yuck, yuck!!!! ****ed off what they have done to it - no thought at all about trying to keep the unique look of the RR. It looks like the bastard child of a RRS, Freelander and Evoque...https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2013/07/321.jpg (http://www.sherv.net/emoticons.html)

It's got my initials on its number plate so personalised plates = it's my car. I just wonder when they are going to deliver it....waiting...waiting.....;)

I definitely like the new Range Rovers ... I wasn't that keen on the appearance initially but I think they look quite smart now
Would look even better in my drive way :D

I don't like the look of every new Rangie that comes out, but as soon as it's a few years old I love it. The new one has grown on me a lot already. Give it a few more months and count me in. (If I win the lotto).

If they gave me the new RR as a courtesy car for my Defender, I would head for the hills and cane it as I would my own. I'd get it covered in organic material, bits of tree branch poking out of the grill, pinstriped paintwork, mud all up inside the interior.
When handing back the keys I'd tell them that I treated it as I would my own pride and joy.... "I even hosed out all the muck from the interior!" :o:D

The l322 was the only new one I really liked straight away. The d3 took me years to like but now I'm fine with it.

I personally love the look of the RR,
The smooth line lead your eyes across the awesome flow of the body shape. It gives a sense of feeling just by looking at it. Every time I see one I just picture myself driving around in it
Looks mean yet sophisticated and has a huge presence on, and after seeing those videos, off the road.

uugh, to me it optimises everything that modern society is striving for. I chose to opt out.
Luxury to me is a tap that runs hot water and a soap that lathers up, that THING is just wrong on so many levels.

I had a little ogle at the one on TV that William used to drive Kate and the baby away from the hospital - black and very smick!

My problem with the styling is the lack of bumpers and bonnet castellations. I know both those have been removed for aerodynamic reasons, but I still think it looks wrong as a result.
Maybe the first face lift will sort it.
