Central Locking Issue or Gremlin

Ok my central locking has a gremlin, if I lock the door with the key they all lock, when I open it they all come up except the pass rear, so I lock again and unlock then the pass front stays locked this can go on for some lock/unlock cycles and occasionally tge drivers rear get in on it and doesnt lock or unlock very intermittent , sometimes take 10 to 15 turns of the key to get them all unlocked or locked...frustrating

It could be the door lock springs

Could be, but they dont relock themselves, and when you move them manually the spring seems fine

My locks were doing the same thing and it was the spring, its only a small spring thats seems to help the main spring in the lock assembly to over centre when going from lock to unlock and vice versa.
