Hi,
I picked up some load bay seats from Chris (Lokka) and I need to modify the rear arches to accept the seats, without resorting to spacers.
The seats are for my two young children, so obviously I want to do the job properly. There is a guy in the UK who sells panels prefabricated, but I've not heard back from him in a week, so I'm going to look for a local/forum fabricator to make them up.
My dilema is that I need to take dimensions of the step in the arch, bolt holes and whatever else needs to be done to make the seats fit perfectly and safely. Is there anyone in Perth, I'm in Dianella, who has a 90/110 with the load bay seats, or the modified arches? I'm more than happy to travel to you and take measurements/pictures.
I have belts and brackets coming from the UK, including the underbody brackets, all LR genuine parts.
If there is a local fabricator who can make these out of ally or steel, then let me know. I'd rather pass the work onto a local, rather than get from overseas.
Any help would be gratefully received. Any information/drawings/tutorials/legal/registration woes will be posted as the project progresses.
Cheers,
Matt.
