In the U.K. there appear to be a multitude of tuners who have the ability to produce packages, some with better intercoolers, to increase the output of the 2.2 Puma to around 180HP & 450NM, with seemingly no adverse effects, indeed seemingly all positive effects, on general driveability of the Defender.
Who provides such products in Melbourne?
Cheers, Pickles.

I think BAS in the UK are working towards OBD loadable fuel maps. Pete Bell seems to be a little in front regarding this, however as many will note tuning parts are usually cheaper from there !:D

Pickles I'd drive your 90 for a bit you'll find its surprisingly nippy in traffic once everything beds in :)

Cheers Paul

Agree, Definitely, we were pretty happy with our test drive.
And we ain't looking for "speed", that's for sure, but U.K. owners say simply, that the driving experience is improved, with "a little bit more"?
I wouldn't be going for one of those "generic" chips, I think every engine is different, & should be tuned individually, as B.A.S. apparently does so successfully in the U.K.
Not a matter of life & death though, I was just wondering what was around.
Thanks, Pickles.
