Wheel bearing mandrel

I'm replacing the wheel bearings on my range rover classic.

Does anyone in Melbourne have a wheel bearing mandrel I could borrow/rent/buy?

just use the outer race of one of the old ones, ground slightly on a bench grinder to reduce its outside diameter. then tap against it to seat the new one.
