Rear window reg how much of a pain is it to remove?

You need a set of Torx bits and up to 3 hours the first time 45 minutes in and out the second time you do it.

I ended up pulling it out and silver solderd a dollar coin on where the nylon rollor has broken off I must have done pretty dood I think it took about an hour all up
