Ribble Valley 4x4 purchase experiences?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has had any experience buying from Ribble valley 4x4 in the UK? I paid for a substantial order over two weeks ago and have only had one email back (a week ago) saying they will get back to me regarding it.

Not had any dealings with them myself, but I still know a few people in that neck of the woods who I can ask.

Apparently the parts are on their way. There was issues with storms and problems with their inventory and some other excuses. I havent been given a tracking number though.. maybe they just emailed me that so I stopped hassling them for a couple weeks

Doesnt sound too re-assuring, i'd stick with the known companies when dealing with expensive overseas orders.
