Hi all,
Any know of a supplier for QubeLoc alluminium section?
It's this stuff:
25 4 X 25 4 X 1 2 Aluminium Square Tube | eBay (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/25-4-x-25-4-x-1-2-ALUMINIUM-SQUARE-TUBE-/281145550416?pt=AU_Business_Industrial_Constructio n_Building_Materials_Hardware&hash=item417594a650)
Bunnings do sell it, but I am after a more competitive price for a longer lengths and quantity.
Capral aluminium also sell it, but they seem to prefer bulk, large orders.

I bought mine from Capral in 6.5 metre lengths and it cost $23.87 a length back in 2003.
Other places sell it but cost a lot more accessories (http://www.fairlite.com.au/qubelok.html)
I'd hate to think what Bunnings charge for 6.5 metres.
Very handy stuff though and the storage system in the D1 is now 10 years old and good as new. Also made some shelving in the storeroom with the qubelok.
Cheers

I could be wrong, but don't Bunnings say if you find a cheaper product they will match it ? Bob

Try Action Aluminium at Geebung. Had a project a couple of years ago and they were around $25 for a 6.5m length from memory, they even cut the bits to the length I wanted and sell the cubelock fittings. Worked out to 1/3 the price compared to if I sourced everything from Bunnings.

Ullrich do them same and they stock all the fittings and different types of tubing to suit the qubeloc system
