Should my shock look like this?

I'm just putting new shocks and springs on. I've done front n/s and it looks like the photo below. The axel is at full drop and the 'bush'?! Bit at the bottom where it bolts on is at a slight angle. Is this right or have I done something wrong?64000

Yes it is the normal angle at full droop.
