Thermostat 82* or 88*

going to change the thermostat was wondering which is better 82 or 88 deg, also i cant seem to find a part number for an 88Deg one the 82 is a Dayco DT18A and there parts finder seems to recomend this one,

Thanks, forgot to mention its a 93 3.5 v8 but all good, I found the ones from UK was looking for one more available from Repco and the like.
