Hi guys wondering if anyone can assist I tried to order replacement o'ring for oil pressure relief valve only to be told that they are not listed.
Does anyone know if this is correct or can you provide either a part number or exact size of o'ring ?
I have a box full of o'rings at home but don't want to pull car to bits to discover I don't have correct size.
Or alternatively if they know where I can get them.
Any help appreciated.

I assume it's the same as for the 3.9 block. I had no joy finding one for my V8, it's a square shouldered o-ring instead of the usual round ones.

Will watch with interest to see if anyone can come up with an answer.

i havent done one for ages but i think the size was the same as the first o ring you come to under the solenoid on the eas valve block. don't use one as i don't think they are oil resistant, just use it for sizing.

Hi

I think you will find that the o-ring started life round like all the others

My heater core o-rings were fairly square when the old ones came out, but they started life round :p

Hi, they are Viton o-rings and the size is 19mm ID x 1.5mm CS.

Make sure you use Viton and not rubber, as it needs to be oil and heat resistant.
