Hi all,
Diesel in oil problem
Had head pressure tested and came up ok. I was
told that the head needed to be heated and then
pressure tested, as the crack will only show at
temperature, so head was heated in wash bath to
90 degrees and then pressure tested again...no leak.
After a conversation with head refit kit supplier I was
Told that even though the head passed the test, the
Problem would probably still be the head from their
experience...I thought I might replace injectors but was
strongly advised not to waste my money.
Any thoughts?
Just wondering if the AMC heads are any good.
I have heard from some that say there a better
Option than original LE head and then have als
Heard from prominent LR guys in WA that they
are rubbish.
Then there is the option for fully conditioned
Original LR head.
Not sure what to do.
