Charity Rally

Hi folks.
Anyone know if there's some sort of major charity rally going on at the moment? Passed a massive convoy of charity type decked out cars.
Two in particular caught my attention...

A fully kitted out Aust. Army G wagon, and a similarly kitted out black 130.

The NSW version of the Variety Club bash started today in Bankstown. You would have passed the convoy heading out to Nyngan for their first night...

30th August I think they're due in to Ballarat.

They're supposed to be in Tibooburra tonight, then heading up towards Birdsville and back down.

Keep an eye out for our mate Mick in the Icecreaminator.
