Hi People.
Im looking at buying a Garth Outdoor oven, anybody have one or know friends with one.
Looking for input on how good they are.
They are wood-fired and feature 2 ovens, one that is able to be used for smoking, the other is a normal oven.
Any thoughts.
Thanks
Andrew

If it happens to be at the Bunbury or Busselton stores, I'm happy to pick it up for you if required.

I was driving around this morning after I went out to pick up a new swag. Got out as far as Armadale ............ probably should have kept heading south by the looks of things here. :p

The firebox is pretty small.
I know why:):):):):):)
400degC,and you cant just turn the heat down like an electric oven;););););););)
When it cools off there are spare ribs awaiting cooking, pizza later.

Hey Andy, I didn't know you loved "steampunk" stuff.
Beats the heck out of my mere 5 burner Red Center stainless steel outside kitchen.

It made the best pizzas I have ever tasted last nite.
The ribs were a tad overcooked and burnt but surprisingly tasty.
Tonite I have marinated lamb shanks Im going to slow roast, then fire it up and roast some vegies.
Had some leftover boiled spuds in the fridge, put them in a roasting tray with whole garlic cut in half accross the bulb.Covered them in our olive oil then roasted for a short time a pizza temp(275degC) were loverly:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
