Don't wish to be picky but am I right in thinking the rear seats don't fold fully flat?

I was thinking that myself, and the leather trim colours not to my taste either:(

On my 2011 RRS it is the same unless you move the front seats slightly forward, then the rear seats will go all of the way down to flat. Front seats all of the way back make it difficult to fold rears down fully flat.
Slightly shorter wheelbase than my LR3 from memory.
