Hi

Does anyone know what the Bolts holding the MAF on are?

They look like a security Torx head, but I am not sure !

Thanks
Steve

All I can say is whatever they are they are a real pain. I get rid and replace with cross head self tappers as I tend to take my maf out quite often for a spray with contact cleaner. Just run a hacksaw into the head to give a grove for a flat head screwdriver to remove the originals ( Thor Engine ) They bed into plastic so any similar size will do

Pic please, Steve. They are normal bolts on a GEMS.

Hi

I am now almost certain they are security Torx heads.

I cleaned my MAF by gaining access from inside the air duct, but it would be nice to know i can remove it if needed !

Yep, they're a security torx head, similar to those used on some (Rhino) roof racks. I bought a $20 set of "bits" in a plastic case from Supercheap which contains various phillips head, torx etc including bits to deal with the one pictured... I also came across them on various electrical appliances...
