High Flow fuel pumps

Hi all
Has anybody looked into the issue of retro fitting the D3 fuel filler(I think they were bigger) to allow for the High Flow fuel fillers? It is a pain to use them with the standard small D4 fuel filler.

Can be done done, but a high flow nozzle can still be used with patience & some practise.

its even harder at some places - pulled into one country town stuck the (only) diesel nozzle in to find they had a unleaded nozzle plumbed on the hose - smaller diameter, and kept triggering the fuel locking device on the d4:)
