looking for links to taking body off D3

Have been searching for info (idiots guide) to taking body off a D3.
Have been seeing all sorts of guesstimates for removing body from 1 hour to 4+ hours , with getting it back on taking longer.

There were some LR sites with pictures and all , but cannot locate them now, does anybody where to look for info?
