TX3400 Alarm Mode

Hi there All,

Replaced the coil cord for the hand piece on the UHF (TX3400) over the weekend. When I plugged it in the radio went into Alarm Mode on channel 23. Does not matter what I do I cannot get it out of that mode. I have unplugged all power for several minutes to no avail. There is no mention of it in the user manual. Double checked to wiring for the hand piece and all is good.

Does anybody have an idea what to do?

I've not heard of alarm mode before.
I do know if the celcall button is pushed on top of the hand piece it brings up a code list.
When I've pushed the one in my truck(TX4600) I can't transmit or receive.
Try pushing the little button and see what happens.
