View Full Version : Bordelands 2 PS3 DLC disc not installing

OK so as a reward I got my little fella one of the upgrade discs for Bordrlands 2.

It installs on the PS3, but I cant get the content to loadup within the game.

Anyone had similar problems and got a resolution?

I am assuming you have all the latest patches and updates for the PS3, borderlands 2 and the DLC pack itself? I vaguely remember this was a know issue that was fixed?

borderlands 2 was a great game on pc. i hope you get it working

yep, while everything is compatible letting it download the big patch for the latest version was my mistake.


while I have the unzoned versions of both the DLC and the Game, the patch downloads from an australian server and is zoned.

the solution, never connect my ps3 to the net again after formatting it and reinstalling or...

spend $5 at EB and get the australian zoned version of the upgrade disc. (got lucky one of the EBettes had miss stacked one, then miss stickered it and put it in a 3 games for $15, I got alex a couple of kids games and got the upgrade.

The boss was ****ed and went the route of accusing me of changing the sticker but that pretty much ended when the girl explained shed only just finished and I offered to wait while he watched the security tape of the store...

Some days murphy plays nice...., Might put this in the book to juxtapose the rest.

Its ok Eevo its the internet, people are allowed to have the wrong opinion..

(but I agree the pc version was crap because it had to run under windoze and that caused issues for lots of people me included which is why I went away from gaming on the PC in general to gaming on consoles in the first place)

i only play on pc.

console is so... hmmm.... whats the word..... CRAP!
