About 2 1/2 weeks ago I injured my knee at work struggling with a bloke. Turns out Ive torn the cartledge and broken the patella into two large pieces (and a few small ones) in my right knee. It hurts a bit and so tomorrow I get it fixed.

What suprises me is that it is day surgery so much better for me!!

Unfortunately I am limping like a pegleg pirate (aharrr me hearties!!) and have also put my back out of whack!!

Anyway Im off to the big smoke of ADELAIDE for a few days and not sure when I'll pop in over next few days- if not I'll start annoying you all again when I get back!!

Y'all be good now!

choose another profession ? :) I can only imagine what happened to the other person

seriously, we hope that all goes well for you in Adelaide and that you are soon restored to be able to press brakes and accelerators or anything else that takes your fancy

Best of luck with the knee op Digger. I had something very similar a couple of years ago, and was up and running in next to no time. You'll be push starting gun buggies by the end of next week!
