After 3 years and 73,00kms faithful service I have decided to change over the mighty 110 for what will hopefully be an even mightier 130.

The 110 is chock full of mods and accessories and is up for grabs for anyone who is interested and has a lazy 40k. I would be lying if I said it had only been driven to church on Sundays by a little old lady, but it has done plenty of exactly what it is designed for and has been a fantastic tourer covering a lot of oz’s most iconic remote tracks with ease. Fully serviced by Austral in Brisbane, it seriously has been my favourite truck of all time.

I have not had any of the troubles which Puma’s seem to have had such as roof leaks, transfer case, diff or gearbox issues. The clutch has been up graded to the Land rover heavy duty option under warranty.

Offer is open for 2 weeks otherwise it will be traded.

The full build of the truck is in the Members ride section

Can I put an order in for your 130 when you change over to the newer defender :D

Yep a dual cab....the driving position in the ute is impossible for touring even for a short arse like me :D

I plan on keeping the 130 a fair while so I hope you aren't in a hurry dullbird.

Well times up on the sale of the 110. Looks like it will be traded so I will need the time between now and trade time to take out the shelves so I can put the rear seats back in and retreive the bibs and bobs that I am hanging onto.

I have to be honest here.....I always thought that roof rack looked like a Cup Day fascinator. Having said that it looks well built, sexy and lightweight.....just how I like my cup day women. :D

There was actually a reason for that specific design of rack as I was going to chop the back and put a tray on. It was intended that a spare tyre stand vertically on tray and that a slide on with a roof top tent would also be on the tray. The main requirement was that the roof rack protect the roof top tent, hence it being higher than normal. Had the project been completed, it would have had a much better visual balance...well that's my story anyway...:D

Ultimately I decided it was a whole lot simpler to change over to a 130.
