Do they do the left hand drive conversion at the same time, or is that extra?
Be a nice surprise, get back in and think that someone has stolen your steering wheel! :D

Steven,
As discussed here are some images and information regarding the Navigation in a Land Rover Defender.
These are quality systems and I’m sure you would agree that after the completion of the installation it certainly looks great in the vehicle.
The dash fascia is quite expensive so option 3 gives you the fold out screen version that does not require the new fascia, although I believe option 1& 2 are better looking and operating systems.
Please give me a call when you receive this email.

don't suppose he gives the price for just the panels, without any other bits or installation. . .

I went for the fold out Pioneer screen with reverse camera. Doesn't look
quite as good as that but it still looks good.

Mines a TD5 and too went for a Pioneer fold out screen, I'm now thinking about replacing it as any sort of off road driving see's the screen bounce about and I doubt the mechanism could take a lot of that so as soon as I hit the dirt the screen gets folded away. Because of the dash on a TD5 there isn't the room behind to fit a full 7in double din unit so the next option I'm considering is getting a spare centre console and permanently fitting a tablet. :D

Yes. I am also still thinking about installing my Ipad mini on the dash obove
the controls panel. It fits perfectly in there. I also fold my screen away as
most of the music is played from my iPhone anyway.

Presumanly teh Tdi would be the same as far as room is concerned.?
Surely there's a way around this though ?
