Another EAS question...
I know with a few small leaks P38 can kneel down when left... Mine seems to have a different problem that it rises up to off road height when it is left for more than about 6 hrs,
What's with that? Can it be cured? I think she just has a personality disorder and never wants to be lower than any other 4x4 (good old Roxy II)

Probably the non-return valve o-rings need replacing also the diaphragm. Relatively straight forward job ...1 hr which includes a cup of coffee while you ponder the magnificence of the "valve block" ;)
There's a lot of pictorial DIY advice on refurbing the valve block on this and other fora incl. esp. rangerovers.net
cheers

What do you have to stuff up to make that happen?
Sounds better than having it sink like mine tends to do

Hi Peter
Pauls website is the bible for this
EAS Valve Block Rebuild Guide | PaulP38A.com (http://paulp38a.com/range-rover-p38/eas-valve-block-renew/)
You can get the o-ring kits from ebay.

I have a o ring kit and when we get some dry weather ill be doing a full service. I also think a change of spark plugs are needed. My fuel consumption has gone bad. Averaging 17.5L/100 unloaded at 100km/h on the freeway.
