Sat through a product presentation last week, nice remote area power supplies, but at the moment getting hold of the required grade of methanol in Australia might be a problem.

AFAIR EFOY fuel cells have been sold by Kimberley Kampers as an option for a few years.
They were/are? truly expensive and the prepackaged methanol I worked out to be very expensive as a fuel also.
They are a great idea however and are SILENT, so we should encourage all those with generators to buy one ASAP.
Are they still around the $5k mark?

Haven't gotten as far as looking at pricing on the transportable units.

I'm guessing they remain more expensive than a cheap and noisy bay sourced gen-set.
