Does anyone know where we could get some replacement seat belts for the two rear seats for a discovery 3?

Probably the dealers is the best bet, but they'll be expensive over here. I've just ordered some genuine parts for mine from Duckworths in the UK. The guys couldn't have been more helpful....

Just received a RHR seat belt for my D4 from Duckworth, cost £98.00 (~$167), they just need the VIN to ensure correct item.

Local LR dealer quoted $327.60 plus fitting $277.20...

Sorry for the delay in getting back to the thread, turned out we didn't need them. Converted a 5 seater to a 7 seater, was told that we had to have new seatbelts but after further inquiries found that I wasn't allowed to buy 2nd hand ones but if they were given to me then that was ok. Passed the inspection on Wednesday. Will certainly keep duckworths in mind if they end up getting damaged - as happened to our last car.
