Hi all. About 4 years ago I secured the outboard motor to my boat using a high tensile padlock. Now I can't get it open. Can I cut it off and with what? Jim:):)

Hacksaw or bolt cutters.

Use the favourite tool of modern thieves, the cordless angle grinder.
