G'Day,
I have no reverse lights on the D1 I have just purchased, globes look ok, does have sender fitted and wiring appears all intact as far as I can see under there.
Whats the easiest way to test the circuit? I do have a mutlimeter.
Lastly does a sender from a V8 fit a 300tdi?
Thanks,

No reverse lights at all? I thought mine didn't either, but what is happening is when engage reverse gear they come on, albeit pretty feeble, then go out when clutch out & moving back. I believe it's the switch on the gear box, and about to check it out. We may have different issues, but same vehicle, so thought it worth a mention!

turn your ignition to light up you "reds" but don't hit start on the key, chuck it in reverse and jump under and check your switch on the side of the gearbox
