Does anyone have a list of what the MOD Record numbers mean on the plate on the panel at the bottom of the drivers seat of the Perentie's ?

You will need a copy of the EMEI for that variant to cross reference the number to the mod......

I'm sure somebody will come along with a list

They are a cross reference to a specific EMEI, and are not the same across models, but can be by co-incidence. So the numbers for a 4x4 are not necessarily the same as for a 6x6, and definately NOT the same for a Series 3 or Unimog.

I have a feeling that there might be some comprehensive info relating to this subject in Barefoot Dave's Buyer's Guide CD, so put your name down on the waiting list.

Cinan, as Mr 303 states, my Buyers guide will include a full cross referenced MOD/EMEI decode sheet. It is 80%complete now.
If you check your GM120log book, you will get a fair idea of mods carried out.

The book will be PDF/EBook rather than cd. Less logistics involved.
Sorry i can't give you more than that, but the decode table represents approx 6 days work, so can't give it away.

Update if you haven't seen the 'Buyers Guide'thread.
The Guide has 8 pages of Mod/ EMEI cross reference with explanatory notes.
The final table took 9 days of reading, typing and formatting.
Pretty cheap for less than %40 with 2 visual inspection guides as well.
oh, and another 50 pages of hard to find info.
;)
