On page 5 of the Galery are the pictures of Devil_Kin's Land Rover, a Kermit Green, Series 3 SWB Hard Top. It is a British built Deisel, now converted to a Landy 4 cyl. Not sure if it has bee converted frm LHD to RHD though.

If it looks, familiar, that is because it is. Devil_Kin is by little brother (ok, not so little, he is 20 and taller than me style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif ).

He might actually come and post some time if he gets of his behind. Pewrsonally I think that he is a vampire, because he is almost never seen during the day. Talk about sleeping your life away :roll:

If you have a look in the the yarns & Tales forum, you will find some of the goss about Devli Kin and his landy misadventures in Phoenixes Story.

Although recently he did have a windfall. He managed to get his hands on what appears to be a reasonable Capstian Winch, for about $200 I think. The dog clutch is the only thing missing from memory, but i'm sure that he will be in here searching for parts as soon as he wakes up this week :twisted:

None yet, I don't think that he has been doing any "real" off road work, just some mud that he found one day.

Anyway, the tread pattern is really only a on road pattern, would be terrible in the real rough stuff I reakon.
