The following links will download the Road vehicle Descriptor sheets in pdf format.

Defender 130 dual cab 1994 (http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/rvd-pre1999/data/pdf/7824.pdf)

Defender 130 dual cab 1998 (http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/rvd-pre1999/data/pdf/7830.pdf)

This link is the search results for pre 1999 Land Rover Vehicle Descriptor Sheets (http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/rvd-pre1999/index.htm)

This link is the the search results for 1999 on Land Rovers (http://myrta.com/rvd/searchRVD.do)

These sheets were filled in by Land Rover and if you look down in the sheets you will find the measurements for heights at front and rear wheels.

Hi John,
Thanks for those links
It's a shame it's so wrong, and bit scary to think that the NSW police are probably using that data to book people.

Using that data mine has been lowered 200mm:o

The sheet specs 690mm wheel centre to wheel arch.
Mine is 490 to the flare, 500 if I push up the saggy flare:D
It's 600 to were the flare attaches to the mud guard, and it's only 750 to the top of the guard.

The specs for the TD5 130 are very different to the specs for mine, but the same as the TD5 110 wagon, despite the different springs and rear body work.

Also, you should be aware that some of the figures on those sheets is incorrect - for example, I've found discrepancies in the wheel track measurements.
