Strange thing..the radio has decided not to turn off when I turn the D4 off..If I then press the radio power button once and restart the car it turns off! So I have to turn the car off and then on again to turn the radio off! Might be a disconnect the battery or even a hard reset to fix this one!

If you drive to Canberra the bloody thing will never turn on again, not if it's got any sense LOL. Our radio stations are so repetitive!

Might it have something to do with the phone, perhaps that the phone is indicating it is still connected on a call?

All you have to do is turn off you Bluetooth on your phone and it will drop out. Re connect, should all be good.

Well left the car sat night and all yesterday. Thought radio was off when I left it on Saturday. This morning battery totally drained now so something has been on.. Waiting for roadside assist.

Isn't there a s/w update for the cars bluetooth to overcome this?

So rang RoadsideAssist. The bloke turns up and knows exactly what he's doing. Tells me that if I had disconnected the battery it would have reset the confused radio. Also said that the radio/bluetooth got confused when I had turned off the ignition without terminating the call I was on. He also said there was a software update for the radio but didn't recommend having it done. Didn't get a reason for it.
Anyway all good now.

Any updates on the cause of this issue?
It just started to happen to my 2011 D4. Turned off the BT with no effect. Next will be a master reset.

Am pretty sure just disconnecting the battery will sort it out....

Shorting the battery leads seems to have fixed it.
