I've done it a few times on Discos and Rangies with a high lift jack, which is somewhat sketchy (I don't condone this so I'm not responsible if the proverbial hits the fan).
Only real other way a bloke at home can do it is putting the chassis on stand and dropping the axle down underneath it, unless you have a huge lever!
Cheers

Mate if it's the bottom of the spring just knock it back into place, mine does it all the time, is normal if u'r flexing the front suspension. this should n't make your steering pull to right but

Or you have something convenient to cross axle it on, say the neighbors Porsche.... But if you can cross axle it well enough you should be able to slide it back.

My front springs do this all the time on a 2 post hoist. When it is back on level ground and stationary, I just sit on my butt and kick it with one foot till it re seats. Do so at your own risk

I use a large tyre lever to reseat it.
Other way I have done it is to use a vehicle ramp and a couple of spare wheels to cross axle the required side. Then give it a kick with your foot.

Oh I assumed it had come out at the top, the bottom would be easy to re-seat, as said, kick it! haha
