I want to get a decat pipe made in Perth and fitted at it's next service but need a cat to use as a template,if I could borrow one it would make life easy,also has anyone used Rover Tech?,thinking of using them for a book service,thanks in advance. Pat

Sorry, I'm too far away but I'd be interested in knowing why your not going with the (reasonably priced) commercially available options, such as the TF decat?

Just get one from TerraFirma.

Mine has been on for 3 years now, no prob's, no rust, nice mandrel bends......what more do you want.

Tip - while its off, wrap it in a ceramic wrap tape. The heat benefits in the cabin alone justify extra cost, without even going to heat benifit at the turbo by channeling residue heat along the exhaust pipe.

I was going to get one shipped in but if I had a cat a few of us could get some made here for cheap money,it's just a bent piece of pipe. Pat

True that,

but you will also need the flex joint, and a plasma cut plate, in correct shape/hole pattern, to mount to the bottom of the turbo.

More hassle than it's worth !

And Craddock spares has mild steel replacements for 50 pounds plus shipping.I might just buy one. Pat
