Unfortunately my 2009 FL2 TD4 has developed the dreaded rear diff drone.
According to the dealer it will need a new diff kit, (approx $1600 job). The dealer has gone back to Land Rover to see if they will assist with the costs, although the car is no longer covered under warranty, it's only done 42K kms.
Anyhow, my questions is what exactly are the dangers of continuing to drive the car before the repair takes place? How much more damage could occur?
