Mine came with the car when i bought it and are located here on the front of the console. Now moved down slightly as i installed a Mulgo Exbox and they are now stuck on there.
Eventually i will upgrade to a Raptor Dash and place them in there.

3 rightmost switches are the lockers. Other 3 are aux power, spotties and reversing lights.
Ill be moving these up to a home made raptor type dash sometime soon though

with the amount of crap i throw in my tray I'd be constantly engaging the lockers/compressor if I put them where you have them.
If you have the second gen TD5 you will likely have a facia console that has blank switches. If you have the first gen TD5 consider a Mudpod console. I don't have a photo of mine fitted. I put the stereo on the top of console and a bank of 6 carling switches in the middle and single DIN CB at the bottom. After driving off road all weekend I've realised that if you have big mits your knuckles can touch the carling switches when in 1st, and 3rd. If i was to do it again I'd put the carling switches at the top of console just out of reach of the gear knob (with extended knuckles).

Probly not much help but I fitted a gq patrol console between the front seats and fitted them in there. All neat even the color of the console matches the gray seats
