Windscreen/Bonnet Drain

Below the windscreen there are 2 large holes either side that drain into the wing (I assume to let rain water out), I can't figure out where at the bottom the water drains (to see if they are blocked).

Please could somebody point me in the right direction :)

They drain out above the inner plastic guard thingo at the back of the mudguards AFAIK based on the stack of leaves and stuff I pulled out of there when I was fitting my snorkel. I didn't look for any devilish LR tweak , but I think they just go down into the guard.
