MEMBER'S LISTING

Using the Member's listing, it is quite difficult to find other members in a specified area. (ie near me) because there is no consistent manner of putting in location details.

I suggest we come up with a uniform way of doing it, so things sort more easily.

Perhaps:

City (or town) / State / (suburb in brackets - optional)

This would allow a sort in alphabetical order so I could find all Brisbane members (for example).

Any other suggestions or comments?

PROFILES:

Would be good if people could keep their profiles updated and provide as much info as possible. (Well, not TOO much, ya sickos!)

Biggest problem is that a lot of people just dont like the rest of us to know where they are.

We do ask that members list a location but thats about it for now.

Obviously you can't trust anyone in here.... they might be paranoid or something..


Just as well I didn't tell anyone I'm in Melbourne.. it's such a small place they are sure to find me...

Yeah well not all of us live in such a small town, at last count we had over 13000 people here in town, is getting really crowded too. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif

People who start posting tend to list their location, others just want to be anonymous.

It happens.

Anyway, we are getting more and more people that are posting / have their location, time will yeild more people style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif
