How do I upload photos/create a gallery?
What is the size limit for photos? (ie kB)

Cheers

Is as easy as following the prompts in the gallery section,

Or send them to me and I can get them in there for you.

Keep them a decent size, IE smaller than the veiwing window.

Yes that was the problem - each of the 5 pics I was trying to upload was >1Mb !!!!

Time to drag out Photoshop.....

Still having problems... style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif
Have reduced photos down to 400x300 @ 350Kb JPG format and then I go to add photos. I browse to the path and then click 'upload' as per instructions.

It comes up with a screen that says something like 'this screen will disappear when uploading is complete. I have cable so in THEROY it shouldn't take too long. In practice it takes forever. So long in fact that I am forced to reboot after 15 minutes because its all seized up. :?

What am I missing? Do i need a different format? Is the file size still too big? :?: :?: :?:

I want to get these photos up so you good people can see the ***** of a thing

Vlad....

You could try some software that is available from www.ofoto.com and added to this you can post your pictures on that website as well , and get prints sent to friends etc etc etc yada yada yada...

The software that you download lets you re-size , cut and some other tech things as well....

You could post on Ofoto.com then copy over from there , as their software automatically re-sizes each image.

Cheers
