Factory Front Recovery Points??

I was just wondering if the U shaped loops welded to each chassis (96 3.9 V8) are rated recovery or just tow/tie-down points. Silly question maybe but unless you ask.........:confused:

Just tie downs. I think white tiger make bolt on recovery hooks... Les Richmond automotive sells them.
