I currently have a 1995 300tdi with 288thou on the clock
Full history but had few problems of late.
Thinking of upgrading to a 2004 td5 with 150thou kms and a full history.
Been a ladies car very little of road.
What Are your opinions please. Don't know if I want to upgrade
Or if my wife wants me too.

288k is quite low for a tdi and resale is pretty much zero, so if you are happy with that and the price on the D2 is good then go for it.
