Disco 1 Brake Master Cylinder

I just happened to put my foot on the brake pedal while parked in the garage and since then the Brake Master Cylinder leaks brake fluid continiously until the front port of the twin port reservoir empties. Why would this happen?:mad:

Coincidence most likely, was probably due for a new M/C .
