Rollmop Recipe

Hey,any of you fishos make your own Rollmops????
Quite often whilst fishing in Albany I locate some good size bull herring schools(Tommy Ruff over there).I dont eat many,end up keeping them for bait.
I have enjoyed commercial Rollmops in the past.
Wouldnt mind a GOOD DIY recipe if anybody makes their own.
