So, in an attempt to fall back in love with my car, (long story), I decided to give the wheels a bit of a clean.
Now, I have heard about making up a solution of black tea, plus a stack of off the shelf products, but found one that not only works well, but is Aussie made too :D
As we know, the genuine LR brake pads cause a LOT of dust on the wheels. So, with this in mind, I went for a search.
What I found was Bowdens Own Wheel Cleaner. Picked up a bottle at Autobarn, and gave it ago this evening.
First pic is what I started with. Not too bad, but bad enough:

Second pic is the product in action:

Lucky last is the after shot:

All in all, I am impressed.
Simply spray it on, use a wheel brush to give it a bit of a rub, no need to scrub, leave for about 5 mins, and hose it off. :D
The real test will be when I do the alloys on the D2. They are black with dust.
No affiliation with Bowdens, but quite happy to recommend a good product when I come across one. :)
