Back up to speed

Hi guys
Looks like the spam problems have gone and the site is back up to speed,have been trying the last week or so but it has been so slow.Now big problems,mountains of posts to catch up on!!!!!!!!

It is coming and going at the moment, will be at right speed for a bit and then slow right down.
Some members(myself) still have the slow speed most of the time.
