2003 V8 sequential twin fuel.
over the past 12 months the very odd whiff of gas around the car.
then yesterday a 5-6 second purge(loud enough for Mrs Pedro to hear sitting 20 feet away) after sitting in the sun all day. no gas smell underbonnet but quite noticable inside the car.
After parking for 1 hour in Warick, car starts but when asked to move in traffic imeadialtly stalls, started, idled but stalls again when switch over occurs, start and drive home on ULP car runs fine, switch over to gas at 100kph and misses untill injectors bleed?? then runs fine for 30 kays. stop outside Allora Pub, car idleing, can smell gas outside/under car. car parked and hope for fire,,
car starts and runs fine to showground. no gas smell anywhere.

match anyone?

A properly set up gas injection system should just change back to petrol if there's a pressure drop. You need someone to look at your (unnamed) brand of kit and check the software.

As for the other stuff, there are no gas components inside the car therefore you have a hole in your floor somewhere near the tanks or filler. Your tanks have overfilled and the relief valves are blowing off the excess. At this point your tanks are at around 350 psi and need to be a lot cooler before the electric solenoids can reliably open against this pressure and allow normal gas flow to the engine.

As per the phone call yesterday you need a higer flowing filler valve (*) and new 10mm filler plumbing so that automatic fill level float valves (AFLs) function correctly. Until then make sure you never fill more than 70 litres from empty.

Thanks for your call and help Bee utey,,
there was 30 odd kays, from [over]fillup to first purge,, then another 30 kays to Warick,,
thats 5 litres used each time. The first time I can see happening,, but to still have trouble after ten?
somethings stuck somewhere--
