Tony the pistol slinging sawmiller from Bruny Island rang me this morning, he was very excited telling me about his low coolant alarm going off as he was driving along the Adventure Bay road with a way to go.
To cut the story short, he pulled up and checked under the bonnet to find a pin hole in the rear of one of the heater hoses. No other damage done to the engine.
I had brought six of these kits from Inc and then sold on two of the kits to Tony who fitted them himself, this must have been a couple of years ago now.
So thanks Inc for making those kits available, you have just saved another 300TDi engine.
