Recently the air suspension on my 93 Rangie died in the bum when one of the valves went west. Cost to overhaul the block was around $1100 plus new bags plus etc, etc. I decided to convert to springs with poly airs in the rear, which work a treat. I was left with a whole heap of air gear which worked fine, and a need for a decent pump for inflating my tyres.
$200 later I now have a tyre inflation system which runs at 100psi and blows the tyres in no time, plus a source of air for the lockers (when I put them in), and spray guns etc, etc.
So if yer air suspension dies, don't rip it all out, it can be converted.
