Advice on lifting Puma Defenders

I would like to fit a set of Lovell front springs to my 2012 Defender 130 I had previously on a my Td5 90. They raised the front by 60mm, are nice and soft and offer great travel. By what I'm hearing Puma Defenders won't tolerate this with out drive line mods. Can any one please confirm or deny this and offer the remedy.

You would be lucky if you got it to even slightly above the "standard" height without a driveline vibration.

10mm above standard on mine and I get a noticeable vibration. I fitted a Tom Woods Double Cardan joint front prop shaft which cured the vibration, unfortunately the front uni on that prop shaft went after only 20,000km, so I dropped back to just a 90mm bump stop clearance by changing springs back to the Discovery Tdi rear springs, and fitted the original prop shaft back. Occasionally get a bit of vibration when I don't have much load on board, but will re-fit the double cardan joint now that I have replaced the front uni joint.

Lift Puma = DC prop shaft required.

I had a 50mm lift done a few months ago and sourced a Bailey Morris DC shaft.

Am yet to experience any issues with it (touching wood as I type).

My sons was done,40mm that settles slightly lower.
Everything left stock,done around 35K ago,had no worries.

MR auto have done many to this height.
Any higher and you have to do changes,as others have said.

Don't know what coils & shocks they used,but if you want to know PM me and i will find out.
